The club encourages and rewards academic achievement, promotes those qualities of character that make for good citizenship and teaches members to lead by serving others.
During the ceremony, twenty-one outstanding fourth through eighth grade students were recognized and accepted membership into the school’s chapter.
The new members are: Jamiyah Battle, Lilly Chafin, Ta’Nya Cole, Cole Craddock, Desire Dickens, Mikayla Draughn, Quantira Farmer, Kaylee Farmer, Chris Gunter, Zion Hilliard, Sydney King, Jaireek Knight, Ja’Karri Pittman, Malikai McDowell, Noah McNamara, Rayleen Merino-Sanchez, Johanna Reyes-Lopez, Ruby Santos-Rios, Carley Webb, Grace Whitehurst and Ja’Kira Wilson.
The club is sponsored by Martin Millennium Academy teachers Jamie Davis, Amanda Morris, and Lindsay Palmer.
