Late Policy
Promptness in a child’s life is very important. Children who arrive late or are picked up early miss valuable lessons that are being taught in class. We understand that occasionally circumstances arise where lateness results, but we must act in the best interest of the children, therefore our staff strictly adheres to our lateness policy.

What Happens if My Child is Late?
The child will not be allowed in class without picking up a tardy slip from the office (NC WISE) and will be counted as tardy for the day. It is imperative that arrival and dismissal times be closely adhered to. The time before class is vital for teacher preparation to ensure a smooth and productive day.

Classes Begin	7:50 am
Dismissal	2:55 pm
Boys & Girls Club	2:55 pm - 6:00 pm

Children will not be allowed into the classrooms or halls before 7:30 am.
