Permission Forms
During the year, the children take field trips to enrich their learning experiences. All trips will be chaperoned by teachers and other individuals as needed. All field trips will be announced in advance and all children must have a signed permission form on file at the school before participating. Telephone permission does not provide liability protection for the school and therefore, is not acceptable. The school will provide transportation. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances.

Parent Participation
Each parent is a vital part of the school community as a whole. Volunteers are needed in many areas and parents are encouraged to speak to the teacher and other school personnel regarding the areas in which we need support. We are always seeking tutors to give the children one on one attention that they often need in order for them to meet success. Parents who have a talent, career, or hobby that they think would be interesting to the children are encouraged to make arrangements with the school to set up a time to share this information with the them.
