Back-to-School Immunization Deadline Approaching

Parents of Kindergarten, 7th & 12th grade students - Please make sure student records are current with required immunizations. To ensure that children are not excluded from school because of increased demands on health care providers amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a new Executive Order has been issued that suspends but does not waive documentation deadlines for proof-of-immunization and health assessment requirements for schools.
Although the immunizations for Kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grades students are still required, the suspension is not yet being enforced.
Families are required to provide the school with proof of an upcoming appointment by October 8, 2021, and are strongly encouraged to obtain the required immunizations for their children as soon as possible.
