District 2: Lillie R. Worsley
Mrs. Lillie R. Worsley
Mrs. Lillie R. Worsley is a native of Leggett, North Carolina and a graduate of North Edgecombe High School. She furthered her education by attending Durham Business College majoring in Business Administration and Data Processing.
Employment: Mrs. Lillie R. Worsley worked for Nash County Health Department as the Finance Officer. Prior to that service, Mrs. Worsley worked for the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public Health as an Administrative Consultant for local public health departments. In addition, she worked for Edgecombe County as an Administrative Assistant in the Finance Department and an Accounting Specialist at the public health department.
Volunteer: Mrs. Worsley serves her community by volunteering and partnering with several organizations including Peacemakers of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and Ripple Effects a Community Transformation Organization of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. She serves as a Commissioner for The Redevelopment Commission of the Town of Tarboro. She is an active member of His Majesty’s Children Church in Tarboro, North Carolina.
