Sherill Bateman

Sherill Bateman joined the ECPS Technology Team in the fall of 2018. She holds a BS in Mathematics, and a MLS in Library Science from East Carolina University. Prior to joining us here at ECPS, Sherill worked for 11 years with our neighbors in the Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools. She has served as both a Media Specialist and as a Instructional Technology Coach in grades K-12.

Shanda Edwards has been a Instructional Technology Facilitator for ECPS since 2010. She has a Ph.D in Education from Capella University, MA.Ed in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a M.S. in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University. Her work experience ranges from being a K-4 Library Media Specialist to post secondary instructor.

MaryAnn Powell earned her Master's Degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University in 2000. Her undergraduate degree is in Communications from Virginia Tech and her NC Teaching Licensure she earned at Fayetteville State University. She has been a Technology Facilitator in Edgecombe County since October 2010. Prior to that, she served as a Technology Coordinator in Wake County Public Schools.

Kevin Roberts earned his bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-8) from Marshall University in 1993. He received his Master's Degree in Communication Studies in 1994 from West Virginia University. Kevin is currently in his 25th year as an educator.
