Flythe was recognized for the outstanding support she provides to all elementary school principals.
“This year, Ms. Flythe was faced with an almost entirely new principal team, all with unique needs. She has embraced us, loved us, and most importantly coached us to be better individuals and leaders. Her guidance is unique, heartfelt, and meaningful,” said Hilliary Boutwell, G.W. Bulluck Elementary School principal.
“In the world of educational support services, Ms. Flythe is in a league of her own,” said Keith Parker, Martin Millennium Academy principal. “Her professionalism and dedication to ECPS are unmatched.”
Flythe has been an employee of Edgecombe County Public Schools for twenty-four years, having also served as a teacher assistant, teacher, reading coach, assistant principal and principal.
