Work-Based Learning Program

Edgecombe County Public Schools’ Work-Based Learning (WBL) Program equips students with the skills and experiences they need to be workforce-ready. Through job shadowing and internships, students connect classroom learning with real-world careers, gaining professionalism, confidence, and hands-on training that prepares them for success after graduation.
