Overview

The goal of the Maintenance Department is to see that Edgecombe County Public Schools are maintained in the most cost-effective manner possible in accordance with Board policy and Federal and State guidelines. Our Maintenance Department serves (5) elementary schools, (5) middle schools, (3) high schools, (1) early college and (5) annex buildings across Edgecombe County.  

We want to make sure that the staff and students of the Edgecombe County Public Schools have a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and attractive. Our department strives to achieve this through groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, and repair.
