According to Jenny O'Meara, Phillips Middle School Principal, Manuel makes a dramatic impact on her school. "She is an incredible team player. From ensuring that every family who needed a hot spot had one to moderating virtual classrooms as a support to core teachers to contributing innovative ideas as a member of the School Design Team, she is helping us truly live out our values and design anchors," said O'Meara.
"Ms. Manuel has also greatly increased the joy factor at our school during these difficult times. She created and implemented "Phamphest," a socially distanced trunk or treat. She is also designing house challenges to take place virtually in order to increase student engagement and create excitement around our school and learning. We are so thankful to have her on our team," added O'Meara.
