"Mrs. Stilley works tirelessly behind the scenes to meet the individual needs of each principal, staff member, and school in our district. She is much more than a licensure director--she is someone who takes her job personally, who understands not only procedures but human beings, and who indelibly touches the education of our young scholars by ensuring that highly qualified teachers are in our classrooms,” said Edgecombe Early College High School Principal Matt Smith.
Stilley has been employed with Edgecombe County Public Schools for 30 years.
